Geoffrey Mbwana

Interim Executive Director

 

Geoffrey Gabriel Mbwana is a retired General Vice President of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. A native of Tanzania, he has served the church in senior leadership roles across Africa and globally, including as President of the East-Central Africa Division. He is widely respected for his commitment to mission, leadership, and cross-cultural ministry.

Dibden Chileya

Chief Financial Officer

Dibden Chileya is a seasoned finance and leadership professional with extensive experience in financial management, accounting, human resources, commercial real estate, change management, executive leadership, and conflict resolution. A Zambian national, he brings over three decades of service within the Seventh-day Adventist Church system.

He was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the ADRA Africa Regional Office in August 2015, where he provides strategic financial leadership and oversight across the region.

Since beginning his career in January 1987, Dibden has served in a wide range of senior treasury and financial leadership roles at multiple levels of the Church structure, including Fields, Conferences, Divisions, and ADRA Country Offices. His depth of experience reflects a strong commitment to stewardship, organizational excellence, and mission-driven service.

Hannah Ndungu

Emergency Management Director

Hannah is a Kenyan and a qualified sociologist, and a trained humanitarian professional. Hannah has worked with ADRA Rwanda and later joined ADRA Somalia where she also served as Programs Director. In 2009-2011, Hannah joined ADRA DR Congo East as Director of Program and Planning. In October 2011, she joined ADRA Africa Regional Office as the Emergency Management Coordinator, a position she held until 2019. She is currently the Emergency Management Director
